Gebrema Metaalwaren B.V. is a subcontracting company manufacturing high volume turned parts for a variety of industries. High quality turned parts has been synonymous with our company and has been a central element of our competence since 1950. Due to a continuous investment program in advanced equipment, our machine shop currently consists of some eighty highly maintained rotary transfer machines. Decades of experience with these fully automated machines gives us the opportunity to produce a large range of turned parts which meet our customers' requirements. Our specialty lies in transforming these requirements into high quality turned parts at a low cost.
To achieve this we make use of a QA-system developed according to DIN and ISO 9001:2015, as well as the Lean Six Sigma methodology for maintaining the highest of quality standards and continuous improvement of our processes.
