1. High-Volume Rotary Transfer Machining
We operate ~80 rotary transfer machines, all of which we've customised in-house to maximise uptime, minimise changeover losses, and consistently meet tight tolerance requirements. These machines run 24/7 on high-speed cycles with proven stability and repeatability.
Typical capacity: Ø 3–11 mm, up to 60 mm long
Batch sizes: 500,000 pcs and up
Materials: Brass (incl. lead-free), steel, aluminium, stainless, bronze, copper
Output: Fully machined, degreased parts ready for treatment or shipment
This allows us to offer secure long-term capacity and extremely cost-efficient per-part pricing — ideal for running single parts or part families.
2. Complementary CNC for Smaller Series
We use CNC lathes (Traub & Tornos) for prototype phases, overflow, or smaller-volume parts. This flexibility helps procurement bridge development and production with a single, reliable supplier.
3. Full-Service Metalworking
We manage the complete production chain, so you don’t have to:
Raw material purchasing
Quality control and in-process monitoring
Swarf cleaning and recycling (brass value credited)
Surface treatment via qualified partners
Final cleaning, sorting, packaging and labelling
Call-off deliveries and kanban support
