Rotary Transfer Production – Built for Speed and Stability

Our 80 Eubama rotary transfer machines are optimised for high-speed, high-volume production. Enhanced with in-house tooling and process innovations, our machines are configured to deliver fully machined parts that leave the line in a finished state—requiring only degreasing and, where specified, surface treatment before they’re ready for shipment..

  • Typical size range: Ø3 – Ø11 mm, up to 60 mm length

  • Common part types: Contact pins (male/female), brass inserts, standoffs

  • Materials: Brass, lead-free brass, machining steel, aluminium, stainless steel, bronze, copper

  • Ideal volumes: From 500,000 units and up

  • Cycle times: Significantly faster than CNC, enabling cost-efficient unit pricing

The key advantage of rotary transfer lies in its efficiency at scale. These machines take longer to set up than CNC lathes, so we reserve them for projects where the higher setup time is offset by volume—typically for long-running, stable designs. Once in production, they deliver exceptional speed and repeatability.

CNC Machining for Flexibility and Shorter Runs

For smaller batches, changing designs, or more flexible planning, we operate Traub and Tornos CNC machines.

  • CNC range: Ø3 – Ø24 mm, up to 200 mm length

  • Common part types: Lager contact pins (male/female)

  • Materials: Brass, lead-free brass, machining steel, aluminium, stainless steel, bronze, copper

  • Suited for: Lower-volume runs, prototypes, overflow production

CNC machines can be set up quickly, making them ideal for development work or products with varying demand. While slower per part, they allow us to respond fast and adapt to design changes without large lead-ins.

Material, Recycling & Logistics

  • Material sourcing: We handle all raw material purchasing and work with a trusted network of suppliers

  • Swarf management: Swarf is cleaned, degreased, and returned to material suppliers for recycling. The value of recovered brass is calculated into your pricing

  • Surface treatment: Managed externally through qualified partners when required

  • Packaging: Delivered in your preferred format—bulk, bagged, sorted, or labelled

  • Delivery model: Customers place long-term orders with call-off flexibility

  • Machine reservation: We reserve capacity for long-term customers and can scale up quickly with duplicate machine/tooling setups
